For Studio Rentals (Blockouts) without an engineer included, new clients are screened before booking. 

KRAM Pro Studio is located in La Habra, at 2290 W. Whittier Blvd in Suite A. We're conveniently situated between the 60, 605, and 5 freeways near Whittier.

KRAM Pro Studio specializes in extended recording sessions, offering 24/7 availability for serious artists who need extended creative time. With that, studio access is by appointment only.

Our rates are structured to accommodate different project needs:

• Standard Session Hourly Rate*: $80 per hour for standard bookings (minimum 1 hour)
• Studio "Blockouts" for Audio Engineers: $50 per hour with a 4-hour minimum

*All standard sessions include a studio engineer. Additional services are priced separately.

Yes, for standard sessions: an engineer is included with your session.

If you are booking an extended studio “blockout,” then we make a formalized arrangement for you to use the space. 

We do not allow smoking inside the studio, however, outdoors you are welcome.

Ahead of your session, save time (and money) by e-mailing session files before you arrive.

For a successful recording session, please bring:

• Your instruments (unless arranging to use ours)
• Any special equipment specific to your sound
• External hard drive for session backup
• Charts, lyrics, and reference tracks
• Comfortable clothing and any personal items for extended sessions
• Snacks and beverages (though we do provide basic refreshments)

For longer recording sessions (12+ hours), we recommend bringing additional comfort items like a change of clothes.

We understand that plans can change. We offer refunds for cancellations at least 24hours in advance.

Yes, if you cancel before 24hours, you can reschedule.

Yes, KRAM Pro Studio offers:

• Free dedicated parking for clients
• Loading zones close to the entrance for easy equipment transfer
• We are also wheelchair accessible

Yes, our studio is conveniently located within walking distance to several nearby restaurants, grocery and convenience stores. Even more options are within a 5-min drive. 

We also have a dedicated rest area with comfortable seating and basic amenities, including a restroom.

For multi-day projects, we're happy to recommend suitable accommodation options.
